My current ADHD life hacks by @jennhasadhd
My current ADHD life hacks:
- Using video chats, voice notes and body doubling videos with others to get my house work done
- I must have music, podcasts or audio books in the background to exercise or do the housework
- Pockets or a backpack, I must have one of them to effectively leave the house without losing my things
- External battery chargers for my headphones and phone, and a USB cable that are always in my backpack
- Alarms for my alarms because one isn't enough
- Lots of full drink bottles in the fridge increases my chances of keeping hydrated
- Wellness walks are key or I can't sleep and I end up getting into low activity funks
